Shipping within Canada

We ship to Canadian addresses only. All amounts below are in Canadian dollars.

Dispatch time

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed. We dispatch Monday to Friday. Dispatch is the time it takes us to prepare and hand your order to the carrier; it is separate from transit time.

Shipping charges

• Free standard shipping when the combined item subtotal is over C$200 before tax.
• Exactly C$200 does not qualify. Standard shipping is C$14.99 for item subtotals of C$200 or less.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Standard shipping currently has an estimated transit time of 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and carrier delays may occur.

Returns and warranty

We offer 30-day returns from delivery and a separate 90-day limited warranty from the invoice date on eligible website purchases. See our return and refund policy and limited warranty for eligibility and shipping responsibilities.
