Check what arrived +
- Compare the item and included accessories with your original listing.
- Keep the packaging while you check the equipment.
- If anything looks damaged or different from the listing, contact us through the channel you ordered on before attempting a repair.
Get familiar with your gear +
Use the manufacturer’s manual for your exact model. Charge a compatible battery, check your lens mount and memory-card compatibility, then take a few test images.
Back up any files before formatting a memory card — formatting erases its contents. Contact us if something does not work as described.
Care and storage basics +
Keep caps on when the gear is not in use. Store it somewhere dry, away from extreme temperatures, and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
Avoid household cleaners and touching the sensor. If you are unsure about cleaning or a repair, ask before trying it yourself.
