Refund policy

At Maple Camera Co., we stand behind the quality of our equipment. We also understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from Maple Camera Co., unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
- All original accessories, components, and packaging (if included) must be returned
- The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration after delivery
Items sold “as-is,” “for parts,” or “for spares/repairs” are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
2. Buyer’s Remorse / Change-of-Mind Returns
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered incorrectly, or no longer want the item:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- The item must be securely packaged and shipped with tracking
- Any loss in value due to damage, missing components, or misuse may result in a partial refund or denial of the return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
3. Defective or Not-As-Described Items
If your item is defective, fails under normal use, or is significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the situation, Maple Camera Co. may:
- Repair the item
- Replace it with an equivalent item
- Or issue a full or partial refund
Defective items may also be covered under our 6-Month Seller Warranty.
Where applicable, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with eBay’s Money Back Guarantee or other marketplace protections.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us through your order page or email us at support@maplecameraco.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected
- Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or due to an error on our part
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for the refund to appear.
6. Additional Notes
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on buyer’s remorse returns
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method
- Maple Camera Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
- This return policy does not limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
